5. Detail your journey as thoroughly and impartially as possible. No matter how much you want something to work, all that matters is if it does
6. Disclose any conflicts of interest. If you do not and they are found out, your entire submission history may be at risk for deletion
7. Do not be angry if others do not find the same results you do. Differences in controls, individual health, activity, genetics and much more could lead to wide variations in results. If others overwhelming find a different result than you, consider retesting with more thorough controls and data collection
